Our group was able to work so well together because of each individual. What I think I did well on was my improvisation. When something that needed to be done, I was able to do it ahead of time, and when it didn't work as planned, I could come up with solutions to it quickly. For example, the dumbbell that we need to make didn't exactly have a plan on how it was going to be made. So, while my group worked on the earlier steps, I went ahead and made the dumbbell by hammering weights on the ends of a wood cylinder. Another thing I think I did well on was my presenting. I had a very long, boring speech about the steps and the physics behind them, but I was able to simplify the physics so it wouldn't be so boring.
Things that didn't go so well for me was my communication throughout my group members and my time management. I struggle with communication because I'm more of an independent person. As an example, I would make a lot of extra things or grab items that weren't necessarily needed at the time, since I was planning ahead. The three inclined planes at the end had been in our box for a while since I never told my group why I needed them. This can simply be fixed over time; working with others will eventually make me more comfortable with sharing my ideas. My time management was also a challenge, since I have a tendency of leaving things last minute to be done. Like how our calculations had to be done by the end of the day and I hadn't even started on mine. This caused a little set back, but I was able to crank them all out and complete them in time. To fix this, I'll start by thinking of the things that need to be done instead of the stuff that I want to complete at the moment.
